Their communication was amazing! I can't believe how quickly I received this so quickly. My boy needed this desperately and he's finally able to sit with me on the couch again. Thank you so much for helping my boy!

I ordered a ramp with rails on both sides to help my dog who is old and handicapped be able to get on my bed. I'm very happy with it. The ramp is made very well, looks great and is easy to move and store. Customer service with the shop owner was excellent and it shipped quickly. Good stuff all around!

Super netter Kontakt, Rampe könnte seitlich etwas stabiler sein. Grundsätzlich bin ich aber sehr zufrieden, sie sieht hochwertig aus und ist aus schönem Holz gefertigt. Vielen lieben Dank!!!!

These have worked well for our little yorkies.

I mainly needed the rails to put on my dog ramp to keep my elderly yorkie from falling to the floor upon climbing the ramp to my bed.

FYI: This product is being advertised as fully assembled however, assembly is required. The rails must be installed. I requested to return the item and receive a refund however, I was told that it wasn't an option. Eventually the seller agreed to refund my money.

I finally found a sturdy dog ramp with rails! This has been a lifesaver for my senior chihuahua. Well built, perfectly adjustable, fast shipment, and an added thank you for the lovely bonus coaster!

I wanted to leave 2 reviews but can't see how I can.
1. The shop's customer service is awesome! We received a partial order and they immediately sent out a replacement. They answered my chat in rapid time, and were extremely helpful.
2. We were so excited to get this item! We've had a lot of trouble with getting our dog (she's a Shih Tzu) to jump up on the bed. We have one of those storage ottomans at the end of the bed that she used to jump up on to get on the bed. Something must have happened (or she's just too chubby lol) and it's been causing issues as she wakes us repeatedly to pick her up (she can jump down on the ottoman). We can't wait to get her acclimatized to this new ramp!
